The Phoenix' home cooked lunch that you will be served leaves a guy satisfied and nap- ready! Lauren handles the bar like a seasoned veteran eventhough she is younger. The locals who warm their same stools daily are friendly and knowledgeable on any or all topics. Just ask! Hungry? Thirsty? On the corner. If you haven't stopped yet, that's your fault. The once a month Prime Rib Festivus......that takes another review. 5stars.

Dive, but a lovely dive. Extremely cheap to drink there. Never too busy. Older crowd. Pool table and juke box. Can play bar dice but they play with weird rules, no 52.

Great ambience and super friendly service. The meals were crisp and delicious. Will clearly recommend this restaurant to my friends. Reasonable prices and large portions. Keep it up.

Was here for Wednesday night table pool. Although i did not order any food, others in party had. The portiobs were huge! And, i was told that the food was great. The establishment is a bar with a full service kitchen. Nothing fancy but the service was good, the food looked great and eveyone was very friendly!

We stopped in for drinks here, we had some time to kill in Hartland and this place seemed like a down to earth bar. It is, TVs playing games, a pool table and darts. My kind of place. The drinks are reasonably priced and the atmosphere is very good.

If you want the standard Wisconsin bar scene the Phoenix is the place to be a lot of different characters and very good food. You dont need all the razz matazz to be a nice place to go

Was there Thursday March 29th and the service was awful. Only had 1 drink because we couldn't get her attention, but people were getting up amd getting there own to-go containers! I'll be back, but of the same bartender is there again definitely leaving.

One of the better fish fry's around and all homemade. They do not skimp on proportion size, flavor, or quality. Worth a try!

We always have to wait for food. We don't go in to eat anymore because of service is slow. So now I order to go and I still had to stand there for 35 minutes to pick up one fish fry that I ordered at 3pm for 5:15 pickup. My husband has refused to eat there for over 15 years because we always have to wait 45 minutes for a fish fry in the restaurant.

A fun little local hangout, with straight forward bar service and a locally famous Club Sandwich (which you should absolutely give a try). Try this place out for lunch or dinner to really round out your Hartland experience.

This was brutal! I'm not sure what was going on at this place last night, Friday. We went for a fish fry, expecting to wait. There wait was definitely reasonable. All downhill from there. 1 server for the whole area, wanted 10 min for a drink . We noticed she was the only server so we tried to be patient . Food was ok . It was too expensive and service was just ok, especially after waiting super long time for our check. She disappeared. Hoping it was a one off but we most likely won't return.

This is a dive bar for sure. The bartender was friendly, attentive and made a good drink. I love dive bars. This one is very divey. Come and enjoy the laid back atmosphere... pretentious people not welcome here!

Pretty nice 1st experience. Lauren was off to a great start, very kind. Maybe something happened, considering her shift in attitude. Not a huge deal, she seems to keep a crowd.Pull tabs was a plus!

Excellent fish fry with wonderful potato pancakes. And Sunday morning breakfast with specials each week.

A lot of local people and the cheapest drinks in the general area makes it for a good starter bar.

Cheap drinks but be prepared for a limited menu depending on the day. Service can be in the slower side, but they recognized it and bought us a round of drinks. Will definitely give them another try.

Their Fish Fry's are awesome, best fish around for sure... Prime rib and Ribs are to die for also when they have it.
